We want you to be 100% satisfied with your service if you are not satisfied we ask that you contact us within five days and we’ll make it right! Any issues reported longer than five days from the original appointment date will be on a case by case basis.
We want you to be satisfied with your hair and we want you to be happy with the products you’re using. Will gladly except returns for in-store credit on any product within 30 days from purchase as long as it at least it’s two thirds full of the product remaining.
Your appointment is very important to us. We hold space especially for you and ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule to provide us with at least 24 hour notice. That way our team will have time to adjust their schedules and may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. Of course we understand unavoidable situations happen and we will obviously work with you on that.
Policy fees are as follows.
-less the 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment
-no show 100% of the service amount.
Things happen, we know! We want to be sure to give all of our guests the best experience possible. If you’re running 15 minutes or more behind we may have to reschedule, depending on timing.
Please remember we reserve the space especially for you and you only. These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby plans of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible to all of our valued guests.
